I hope you're all doing well and staying safe, I noticed some people's response to this pandemic and some were optimistic but some were very pessimistic so I decided to make this video to remind you to be optimistic, to focus on what you still have instead of what you don't have and to not let fear control you. I think its time we adjust our mindset to believe in ourselves and to have faith in the universe. its difficult but with practice you'll have a clear mind and less stress. Your power is in your response. how you decide to react to what happens is what makes the difference.
