　以前にも出頭しなかったために逮捕されていた違反者も５９人おり、うち４人は３回目の逮捕だった。逮捕状を取得しているものの所在がわからない違反者も約３０人おり、警視庁が引き続き追跡する。
　交通違反をすると、現場で警察官から反則金の仮納付書を渡される。反則金を納めれば出頭は不要だが、未納だと電話やはがきで出頭要請が来ることになっている。
