Rachel suffers with her shoulders due to her job been hunched over a desk all day, and often refers to her back as a hunch back (it isnt, by understand the feeling) and this sensation is usually caused by the pecs been too tight, then the neck becomes tight as the head moves forward and the shoulders begin to round forward known as forward head position. Now we could work the back as this is where we feel we need it the most but that only brings short term relief. To really ease it we must start with the neck and chest working the attachments into the armpit too. in this video i worked nice and slow giving time for the tissues to stretch and release, I also slowly worked a few pressure points to draw energy where needed and create balance in the body so healing can take place....
