hello friends! Later this month, I am MOVING to a new apartment that will be a better fit for my particular health needs. this is great news, as it's something we've been wanting for a while! but packing and sorting and moving is pretty stressful, so I've been seeking to have an attitude of trust, and then of acting from a place of bravery, calm, and groundedness. anyway, I made this video partially as an exercise in staying more present and engaged with the sorting process! (it helped!) I also thought that many different different FABRIC SOUNDS and SOFT SPEAKING would be pleasant for you all. 😊 I hope you enjoy!
and I would definitely appreciate your prayers and good thoughts as my husband and I move soon. moving while also dealing with chronic illness and disability is quite the challenge, to say the least! we are so thankful for the people helping and encouraging us along the way! 🤗
