Hi guys!!
In this vid, I talk (in a clicky whisper) about regret, why it doesn’t always help us learn, and why it so often turns into self-blame instead. I’ll chat about some really interesting psychology around self-control, rumination, and why knowing better doesn’t always mean doing better.
