ASMR All Night Long (talking in the first 45 and last 15 minutes)
8 hours of wonderful sleep as part of this relaxing sleep study. If you don't want this for all night, the first 45 minutes is comprised of lovely questionnaires, medical tests and relaxation. And the last 15 is a gentle good morning and checking everything is OK. You'll also see me at various points throughout the night for checks!
If you do want this for your sleep playlist (and let's face it, that's what it has been designed for!), the brightness is turned down after the first 45 minutes, the rain sounds there to help you fall asleep will gently fade away after the first hour and a half and there's no more sound until I wake you 15 minutes before the end. Half an hour before wake up time the brightness will slowly begin to increase until it is as it was at the beginning of the video.
