Hello! In the longer video I use my soft spoken voice, with some whispering sprinkled in, while reading you a book about lucid dreaming techniques. It worked for me! This video also features some tapping with short nails, and paper sounds such as tracing and shuffling. I also ramble and have some humorous commentary. I highly recommend you listen to this video before you fall asleep, to help guide you into lucid dream land. #luciddreams #reading #tapping
