I think this summer seems to have been hotter than ever. It made me exhausted every day😫 When I worked out on this hot day, my face quickly became heated and my skin condition got worse. So I realized once again that after sun care is very important. Please make sure to put on sunscreen everyday and calm your skin's temperature down when you get home. Using products such as ice massage gel and ice rollers in this video can calm it down faster. Especially, ice rollers are the best if you freeze them in the freezer for a second before using them😎
