This ASMR guided meditation with some gentle rain sounds and soothing hand movements will help you to accept all your experiences and find compassion for your feelings and thoughts. Often we think that there is something ‘wrong’ with us. This meditation reverses that state of thinking and brings us to a peaceful self-compassionate embrace from which our mind quiets down so we can enter sleep and stay asleep. This ASMR is spoken softly with some added calming hand movements.
