Really deep tissue work using elbows? would you enjoy this?
I wanted to try something a little different and use my elbows and forearms for 90% of the massage working deep down into the muscles, taking my time and waiting for the muscles to open up and let me deeper in... Caz said it felt amazing and left her back feeling great.
I played around a bit with the color of the thumbnail and offered Caz several versions and she was really drawn to the red colors so decided to try that
