ASMR | 1.5 hours Personal Attention/Light Triggers Compilation (plucking, skincare, eye exam & more)

Hi loves!! Welcome to a 1.5 hours compilation where I’ll be doing your skincare, plucking, head scratching, face/hair brushing, doing multiple eye exams and more! I’ve combined 4 videos to help you relax as much as possible and hopefully fall asleep quickly ☺️

I’ll be starting with a plucking video to remove any negativity first. Next, we will hang out while I make you laugh a little (hopefully 😅), do your skincare, read a passage from an incredible book called “Dare to Take up Space” to help with heartbreak/anxiety, continue with skincare + face brushing and then an eye exam/more plucking/face brushing/hair brushing, scalp massage/etc. The next segment is yet another (full length) eye exam before finishing off with a meditation to help you completely unwind before you fall asleep.
