ASMR Focus On My Orbs | Tapping & Slow, Soothing Movements
Tonight's video is a simple but soothing focus test using two small orbs (which may or may not just be curtain rods 😆). I'll will have you follow my tapping as I tap, tap, tap between my glasses, the orb, and your face.
Then, I will have you follow my instructions as I have you focus, focus, focus on one orb at a time.
This video has lots of soothing movements, follow my instructions, tapping, personal attention, and soft speaking for your enjoyment!
