Hi, and welcome to No Frills ASMR.
In this soft-spoken video, I’m writing out some facts about butter on index cards with a Sharpie. I go over the different grades of butter in the U.S.—like AA, A, and B—and what those grades actually mean. I also talk a little about European-style and cultured butter, and how butterfat percentages play into the taste and texture.
At the end, I just quietly cut up the index cards for some paper sounds. Nothing fancy—just something gentle to listen to if you’re trying to wind down.
