Professional Reflexology to Treat Migraines! Unintentional ASMR Real Person
Bless her, Emma's horrendous history of 10 years of regular migraines has blighted her life. I can't imagine the pain and suffering this sweet lady has been through. So our treatment today looks at assessing the key places on the feet via the meridians that can cause or worsen headaches and migraines. So lo and behold, we do indeed find that the neck and upper spine are so utterly blocked and static that the pain caused Emma to flinch when I touched the relative places on both feet!! We soon settled the tension and brought the feet and neck to a calmer level. I'm hoping this will reduce Emma's migraine frequency and have heard from her tonight that she's only had one migraine in the 8 days since I've seen her. That's a huge improvement, still one too many, but crossing fingers that the trend is for less!
