Reiki ASMR | POV Energy Cleansing ✨ Mindfulness Meditation ✨ Fabric Sounds
Hello my stunning stroopwafels (if you've never had one you should, they're the best!), today we'll be doing a calm and soothing reiki session, focusing on mindfulness and energy cleansing.
We'll be starting with a smoke cleanse and some deep breathing exercises. Then I'll be scanning your energy while giving you a bit of a massage for some fabric smoothing sounds as well as some plucking and snipping. We'll also be doing a bit of mindfulness meditation as we go along. I'll be softly speaking throughout the session.
