I also have a degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, am a Professional Energetic Coach and Aromatherapy Alchemist, and love to help others on their own personal journey of Well{NESC} (necessary wellness).

I hope you will indulge me in experimenting on YOU a little bit today with some objects full of "tapping" potential and strange but tingly noises...I will be using some of these items for the first time in our session today, so let me know if there are any that you *tingle* to or *relax* to more than others in the comment section below. :) I hope you enjoy the curated selection of items such as: 3 Whole Walnuts, 2 Lighters with Flame, Sage Smoke, Wooden Carved Lucky Frog, Glass Reed Diffuser with Reed Poking, Glass Amethyst-Filled Water Bottle, and Strange Ceramic Beverage Bottle along with some Reiki Blasts and Energy Healing in between each trigger test.
