Let me count your freckles, on your face, while complimenting you and giving you lots of comforting personal attention.
You have beautiful freckles on your face. Can I count them?! You deserve to be spoiled and relaxed with personal attention and love. I will count every freckle on your face while closely examining your face and paying close attention to every detail on you.
Then, I will use a magnifying glass to see your freckles better. I will use a tapping gentle sound that will help you relax and feel comfort, and then I will type the number in my calculator, so you will hear the comforting typing sounds that will help you relax and fall asleep.
After I finish counting your freckles, you will feel relaxed and sleepy.
