S’more’s Blondies

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup AP flour
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows!

I keep it simple for you friends!

Combine your melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl
Add your eggs and vanilla extract, and combine.
Add in all of your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cornstarch, graham cracker, and salt.
Then, once there’s still some flour in your dough, add your chocolate chips.

I then added my dough to a 9x9 pan, and sprinkled marshmallows over top to pool/caramelize while baking.
Bake at 350 for around 25 mins, you just want the blondie to be set, not over-baked.
Then, add some extra chocolate on top alongside your graham cracker pieces and lots of mini marshmallows.
Either set your pan in a broiler for 30-60 seconds, or use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows.
