OMG have I had an insane last few days my AC went out during a heat wave and my house has been 90 degrees inside. It was absolutely awful. The few fans that I had could not keep up. On top of vet appointments. I have just been swamped. Today's video is a relaxing triggers in the dark to help you sleep!
