Asking you personal questions about your favourite things in a relaxing, soft spoken New Zealand accent and writing your answers with pencil for tingles and sleep.
Kia ora everyone! This video is a survey/questionnaire where I will be asking you what your favourite things are and making notes with pencil! You don't have to have an answer for everything, this video is more like an interview where I create space for your opinions and interests to make you feel special!
Pō mārie, good night!

What does "Kia ora" mean?
"Kia ora" is a term from Te reo Māori, the language of the indigenous people of Aotearoa (New Zealand). It's a holistic term that can be used in lots of different situations. Translated literally, 'ora' refers to a state of living, or being alive. Adding 'kia' changes "ora" from a noun to a verb ('alive' to 'living'). So when you say kia ora to someone, you are wishing the essence of life upon them! "Kia ora" is commonly used as a greeting in Aotearoa, even though many of us (like me!) are not fluent in Te reo. I use it at the start of every video because it's important to me to share as much of the culture of this wonderful country as I can with you all. "Kia ora" can also be used as a way to say good luck, thank you and best wishes!
