Tonight I have some positive affirmations that I wrote from the heart to share with you ☺️ I hope this video will feel like a warm hug, and remind you that I care, that I love you & that I believe in you.
The affirmations are all around the theme of "I am good enough, exactly as I am" and I hope that this video reminds you of your worth and your value. These are things that I have learnt from others or learnt from my own experience or are things I like to remind myself and am still working on too. I know that not all of them will resonate with everybody as we are all different, but just take from it whatever you need & leave whatever you don't :) Either way I hope the whispering will help you relax / help you fall asleep / or give you some tingles. 🌸❤️

The mails have been warming my heart SOOO much I can't even explain - I feel so grateful and happy at the chance to get to know you guys a bit more.
