Okay, I had no idea what to call this video because it is kinda all over the place. I've been in a bit of a rut the past couple of days and I wanted to dedicate this ASMR video to anybody who has been feeling anxious, moody, depressed, lonely, etc. This video focuses on facial and body relaxation and breathing... with some positive affirmations at the end.
