Triggers include: Slow whispering, personal attention (loving, caring energy), relaxing hand movements, cotton pads, face touching, face brushing, negative energy plucking, tapping on glass, giving you a little crinkly gift (crinkle sounds), pampering you with face cream, energy protection spray & hand lotion, a head massage & shh sounds 🤗
