RECIPES talked about in video:

Elevated French Toast:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
6 pieces of Hearty White or bread of your choice

Heat a griddle to 400 degrees and Oven to 350. You can also heat a pan to medium-high heat to toast each side. In an 8x8 dish, whisk together cream, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Dip both sides bread quickly in mixture. Place slices on griddle and toast each side. Transfer to a broiler pan and cook in oven for 5 minutes. Enjoy with butter and syrup. SOOO GOOD!!!

Beef Consume Soup:
1 can of beef consume
2-3 eggs
mozzarella cheese
chives (optional)

Bring beef consume to a boil. Add eggs and boil. Add handful of cheese and chives. Remove from heat once the cheese is melted.

Coconut Curry Chicken:
Avocado or olive oil
Thawed chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (13 oz.) of full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons red curry paste
1 1/2 teaspoon sweetener of your choice (I use monk fruit or Swerve)
basil leaves (optional)
Rice (optional)

Heat oil in pan. Cook chicken until done. Remove from pan. In the same pan, add coconut milk, curry paste, and sweetener. Stir to combine and simmer, 4 to 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken to pan and fresh basil. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Serve alone or over rice.

Spinach Ricotta Chicken:
Avocado or olive oil
2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
3-4 thawed chicken breasts
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
paprika
salt and pepper

Heat oven to 400. In a skillet, heat a little oil and add spinach. Once the spinach has reduced down, add ricotta cheese and mix. Meanwhile, cut slits in the tops of the chicken breasts. Add the spinach/ricotta mixture to eat slice in the chicken breast. Put the chicken on a baking sheet (foil added with cooking spray), salt and pepper and add shredded cheddar to the tops of the chicken. Add a dash of paprika to each. Bake for 35 minutes.

Broccoli/Mushroom Chicken Stir-fry:

Avocado or olive oil
1/2 head of broccoli
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
3-4 thawed chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves (or 2 teaspoons minced garlic)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/3 cup coco aminos (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup flour

In skillet with little oil, heat the broccoli and mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan. In the same skillet, add garlic, sesame oil, coco aminos, ginger, brown sugar, chicken broth and flour. Combine well. Add in chicken and veggies. Serve alone or over rice.

Alfredo Sauce:

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
pinch of salt
dash of nutmeg
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk, whisked

Melt butter in skillet. Add heavy whipping cream. Add salt and nutmeg. Stir in cheese. Once melted, stir in egg yolk. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with fettucine noodles and chicken.

Tam's ๐Ÿฅฐ Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 unsalted butter (1 and a half sticks of butter)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 and 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Parchment paper
Baking sheet
2 bowls

Brown the butter over medium heat until slightly browned and foamy. Don't heat past it turning light brown. Turn off heat and cool butter. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine cooled butter, brown and white sugars. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda. Mix half of the flour mixture into the wet mixture until combined. Slowly add the rest of the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips. REFRIGERATE for about a half hour. Heat oven to 350 and place about 2 oz. of cookie mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool then eat. YUMMMMMMMMM!
