Hi guys! This video was initially my first-ever Tier 3 reward video on my Patreon page. Since I have been running my Patreon successfully for a year now, my little community and I have decided to open up these year-old videos as the months roll around on the calendar again. Exciting!
This June 2018 video dissects interacting with others confidently, and becoming more comfortable with social interactions. While I thought for days about what I wanted to really say, I went off the cuff at first, starting with some honest advice, some personal life stories, bonding, and some new considerations for the way you are viewing interacting with others in general. Around an hour into the video, we take a look at some strategies and mantras for moving forward. :]

I hope that this video is both relaxing and informative/supportive for you all, and not just the person whose suggestion it was. I think we all struggle socially (especially you fellow Aspies and/or people with anxiety disorders).

As always, this video is intended for relaxation purposes only, but the therapeutic information is all born from tried and true facts. The workbook I reference in this video is entitled "The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook," and it is available online, easily, if you had any interest in working through it yourself. I found it to be enormously helpful for me and my emotion regulation, though it does require effort on your part, as all good things do.

warm listening!
love, elo
