In this video, I do visual triggers using hand movements! Hopefully this helps you relax and sleep tonight.
A biblical reference that comes to mind is Psalm 23. It starts off with -
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake."
Isn't this amazing news??? God cares, he is our shepherd. With Him we need nothing else.
