P.S. I hope it's clear from this ramble that I think there's some good to be found on social media but the returns are quickly diminishing -- so the key is simply recognizing when you're no longer enjoying it (feeling disembodied, envious, empty, insatiable, overstimulated and bored at the same time, disappointed by what you find etc) and getting off
