1. Self regulation, following impulses, what is the body experiencing, feeling or needing?
2. Orienting to surroundings (spatial awareness), what can you hear, taste, smell, see and touch?
3. Sensory stimulation, proprioceptive and vestibular stimulation calms the nervous system, like squeezing for example.
4. Co-regulation Can you chat with someone about something and seek / give support somehow.
