Hi there my dear friend. This is an ASMR Reiki style video with the intention to hold space for you, so that you can remove emotional blockages within yourself and get in contact with feelings you might have learnt to block out. As always only take from this video that which resonates with you.
The intention is to drop all forms of resistance to whatever happens in and around us in the present moment. Just simply accept the now as it is. And as much as possible, clear our own minds of thoughts and judgements and allow what ever happens in your body to happen.
Besides from me rambling about feelings in a soft spoken tone of voice - the video also includes personal attention, comforting words, shushing, hand sounds, finger fluttering, hypnotic hand movements and more.
