Hello ! I know a few of you have asked to do an *anxious* POV-so here you go ! I highly recommend meeting your provider first-before you go in for an exam-so that you are a lot more comfortable ! Always ask questions--and remember-YOU are in control of the exam ! Consent is SO IMPORTANT!
