Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having clear lemon meringue pie! Now that's another crazy recipe I had to try! :D Crazy because the filling is see-through and I even made it with tea LOL. I added lots of agar-agar to make sure the filling really gets a firm consistency. And now you can see through this clear lemon pie! :D The filling also has sugar and lemon juice which is why the pie is a bit opaque. Instead of meringues I simply added whipped cream swirls but I feel like it's as delicious as with meringues. Have you tried clear pie before? ♥
