Hello tingle fam, 2 disasters this week!
1) My computer is completely dying, and while editing this video my computer couldn't handle the video playback, so I had to edit this entire video based entirely off of the sound.... so there are some jagged cuts, and a few extra bits that should've been snipped, but it's pretty good considering! 😅
2) I filmed a few videos using my white wall instead of my white closet, and it looked nice in the viewfinder, but now I think it looks not great... why is everyhing in my house the most boring shade of off white!? 😭
Anywhooooo, I hope you all enjoy anyways, as this was the biggest uphill battle. Today you'll be coming to the tingle sleep clinic, and I'll be assessing you against 12 different triggers to find your best ones!
We've got some flashlight, follow the pen and brushing visual triggers, some trigger words, tongue clicking and positive affirmations for mouth sounds, some scissors and plastic and glass tapping, and some rough surface and cardboard scratching. Also of course I'll be taking some notes
