ASMR Word Association

Hi beautiful people, today we're going to play the word association game! Essentially, I say a word and then you say a word. It's that easy. Don't think about it too hard. The idea is that you just say whatever comes to mind first. You can say the words out loud, you can think them in your mind, or you can not respond at all and just listen to the sound of my voice. The idea is that you are easing anxiety and troubled thoughts by focusing on my voice and giving your brain something easy and engaging to focus on. Let me know what you think. I hope you rest well 💗
