Got a deep tissue beach massage focused on my neck and upper back, and she went straight into areas I didn’t even realise were causing tension. A lot of this was about removing knots, working pressure points, and using elbow techniques to really get into the muscle.

It definitely wasn’t relaxing the whole time — some parts were intense — but you can see the difference as the session goes on. If you deal with neck pain, upper back tightness, or just want to see proper deep tissue work, this one’s worth watching.
