Hi beautiful human. I hope your month has started in the best possible way. This is an ASMR Reiki style video with the intention to balance our root chakra and ground ourselves in our bodies and our physical experience here and now. The video is both whispered and soft spoken and as usual it contains a lot of hypnotic hand movements and my breathing sounds. Now that I'm posting I'm just in again from spending some time in the woods and of course hugging a tree so I feel quite grounded ;) I hope I can share that feeling with you and also provide some relaxation.
