For me I obviously value emotional Strength so much, I want to give and receive unconditional love and that requires Emotional strength! that's why I'm always working on myself and I think a lot of women do.. but not so much men. I really hope this video encourages men to work on their emotional and mental strength and not just their physical.
Working out and going to the gym shows commitment and dedication which is always admirable, but if a man can't understand or communicate with a woman...how is your muscles going to help you with that? XD you can attract a woman by (looking) strong..but can you keep her?
Thats why I think emotional strength is very important, in any relationship, not just romantic ones. But also with family, friends and your future children! are you going to be a closed up father? or the kind of father your daughter will feel safe to go to for help? what kind of an example do you want to be for your son? A Man who will care for his feelings and the feelings of the women in his life? or the one who doesn't take into consideration the feelings of others?
