In this video I am going to show you how to beat insomnia and fall asleep fast.
Sleep problems are very common, whether it is a difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. In this video I am going to show you 6 tips to help you to have a better nights sleep.
It is however important to remember that sleep problems are usually a symptom of another difficulty for example stress, anxiety, depression or low self esteem and low confidence. So to ensure that you achieve a good nights sleep over the longer term, you will need to work out what the difficulty that underlies your sleep problem is. A Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or another mental health professional will be able to help you to do this.
In the meantime the tips in this video will help you to improve the quality of your sleep in the short term.
