Deep Relaxation Clinic 💤 ASMR Experimental Sleep Treatment (Manual Relaxation, Personal Attention)
This combination treatment has two, simultaneous operations: audio relaxation instructions over headphones (and fishbowl effect) with pure personal attention visually. You can focus on the audio, the visual, or both! The meditation focuses on a rotation of consciousness with a regular rotation & alternating sides rotation; opposing sensations section; and a visualization preceding an externalization.
The fishbowl effect is present on the personal attention part of the video, but the relaxation instruction track is normal. Because of the fishbowl effect, traffic sounds come in and out more noticeably since that effect lifts the low tones of the audio.
