Triggers include: soft speaking, whispering, fabric sounds, pen writing, neurological testing, taking your temperature, inaudible whispering, measuring your blood pressure, narrating actions, light triggers, follow the light, cranial nerve exam, accommodation reflex test, eye tracking, soft/sharp sensation test, reflex testing, otoscope, ear exam, eye exam, finger rubbing hearing tests, fishbowl effect, sticky stethoscope, guided breathing, and palpation.

From Oxford Languages: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.'"
