J'ai découvert la réflexologie l'an dernier et j'ai tout de suite adoré et commencé à y aller régulièrement. Étonnant puisque je ne suis pas une grande fan de massage de pieds mais ça c'est complètement différent. C'est extrêmement relaxant pendant la séance et ça m'aide aussi avec mon insomnie.
Un gros merci à Claudia pour m'avoir laissé filmer une partie d'un de mes rendez-vous. (1 pied).

I discovered Reflexology last year and immediately loved it and started going regularly. Funny as I am not a big fan of foot massage, but this is completely different. It's extremely relaxing during the treatment and I found it also helps my insomnia.
