Brownie Recipe:
Bitter chocolate - 100 g Butter - 100 g Eggs - 2 pcs. Sugar - 70-100 g Flour - 70 g Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate sauce:
Cocoa powder - 4 tablespoons Sugar - 110 g. Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon Milk - 400 ml Vanilla sugar - 10 g (optional) Cook the sauce from all the ingredients and add Butter - 10-15 g
Cut the middle out of the resulting Brownie cake, pour the chocolate sauce inside, and I anoint the sides of the cake with Nutella. Top with vanilla ice cream and pour over the sauce of your choice.
Adjust the sugar to your taste ... I prefer to use less sugar ...
