Hi, this is a lofi, spur of the moment cleanse whilst I was in the beautiful outdoors of the English countryside. It is meant to be loud, with lots of outdoor noise, so I hope you enjoy a bit of reiki healing
This time of year it is very hard to stay positive all of the time, and easy to get pulled under by the dark, short days. I feel like being grateful for the things winter does offer me helps me refocus my energy into a more positive place. Thank you for the cleansing, crisp air, for the ability to wear lovely coats and scarves, the beautiful Christmas time, the start of a fresh new year.
