ASMR | Whispered Sleep Hypnosis 🔮 Pendulum Hypnotherapy & Guided Meditation
Hello my quirky quartzes, in today’s sleep hypnosis pendulum ASMR session I’ll be softly guiding you to sleep with just a whispered voice and the sound of some gentle waves. The first half of the video will be at regular speed, and then as requested by a few viewers the second half of the video will have the pendulum at half speed if that’s more comfortable for you.
Just a small disclaimer that I’m not a trained hypnotherapist. This video is meant for relaxation to help you get to sleep, using the pendulum swinging as an anchor point to quiet your mind.
There will be some deep breathing exercises, a couple countdowns, some guided meditation, some body scanning, and more. I’ll be whispering ear to ear throughout the whole session.
