I just love food sounds. I always look like a lunatic manipulating fruits and vegetables at the grocery store and listening to their sounds. They are the most tingling sounds ever.
I do the same at home. So here's another food makeup video for you. :)
ASMR: autonomous sensory meridian response
A feeling of well-being, often combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, for example music or whispering. It stimulates the brain to release endorphins and oxytocin which procures relaxation, lowers anxiety and helps deal with insomnia.
