Hi friends! I have created this full body ASMR Reiki session to help you sleep! Sometimes it can be so hard to quiet our mind and drift off to sleep which is why I have put together session to help you relax and fall asleep. In today's session I will help move stagnant and low vibrational energy out of the body. I will then infuse Reiki and crystal energy into your body to help you relax into your body, calm the mind and fall asleep. ๐ด So grab yourself a warm cup of tea, get EXTRA comfy in your favorite chair or on your bed, and let me help you drift off to never, never land.
