This Soft Spoken ASMR video is intended have us think about positive affirmations that are pretty universal and therefore, likely applicable to us! I have heard of evidence that suggests that positive affirmations may not resonate with the listener if they do not believe deep down that the affirmations are true. I love the intention of sending positive affirmations. I have heard the suggestion of affirming oneself with qualities that we know to be true about ourselves that we think positively about. I have chosen some things that I think could be applied to many people that are think are special and so hopefully, an affirmation that may resonate no matter where where our feelings are. 💖
