I’m only supposed to practise these massage techniques on a training mannequin… not on someone sitting right in front of me.

But you’re here, and I need to improve my technique.

So just stay perfectly still while I test a few things — slow lotion application, careful pressure, and quiet adjustments while I work out what feels right.
