This #asmr #shorts video is a quick gratitude exercise. Today we're reflecting on gratitude for taste and the range of experiences that we can have with taste. Touch and temperature senses are also incorporated here when it comes to texture and heat/cold of our meals. All of these elements create a beautiful harmony and result in the sensation we have as taste!
