From an ASMR perspective this session has gloves, sprays, dried flora sounds, energy pulling and cutting, hand movements, personal attention, singing bowl, and chimes.
From an energy work perspective, I wanted to allow your interpretation of the symbolism and movement to allow this to work in your subconscious as you see fit.
I wanted to create a session for the heart as so much is connected here. Not just love and past hurts and relationships, but also self worth, how we value ourselves, how we experience ourselves, and allow the flow of love in all its forms to reach and support us, as well as to flow from us as loving is really where it is at, isn't it? lol I hope you use this as time for yourself, where for meditation, journaling, napping, before sleep, or however you feel called as long as it is for you and you are focused on yourself. Lets trim the past if it has hurt us. Is that a wounded heart? Or a withered sense of self perception? Whatever is trapped, blocked, malicious lets clear it now, release with love, and attune to our heart's frequency. A limitless field.
