Welcome back to the medical clinic! This time we are doing a mental health assessment, chatting about how you're feeling and talking through a treatment plan for you :) Soft spoken throughout, i hope you enjoy and find it relaxing! I hope to follow this up with a little series of cognitive behavioural therapy videos in a few weeks as i have quite a lot of books on the subject!

I'm not a real mental health professional so please take this with a grain of salt, it is just a roleplay for relaxation and entertainment :)

((p.s. i'm sorry if you can hear any traffic sounds in the background, there was TONS throughout filming but I managed to edit 99% of it out, it was a nightmare!))
